Lucruri pe care trebuie să le știți
Politica de returnare dacă este achiziționată direct de la RimpactMTB.com
Politica noastră durează 30 de zile. Dacă au trecut 30 de zile de la achiziție, din păcate nu vă putem oferi o rambursare sau un schimb, dar vă rugăm să ne contactați indiferent pentru a discuta.
Pentru a fi eligibil pentru returnare, articolul dumneavoastră trebuie să fie nefolosit și în aceeași stare în care l-ați primit. De asemenea, trebuie să fie în ambalajul original. Pentru a finaliza returnarea, avem nevoie de o chitanță sau o dovadă de cumpărare. Vă rugăm să nu trimiteți achiziția înapoi până când nu ați contactat echipa noastră de asistență pentru clienți pentru un număr de referință. E-mailul nostru este customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Există anumite situații în care se acordă doar rambursări parțiale: (dacă este cazul)
* Semne evidente de utilizare
* Orice articol care nu se află în starea inițială, este deteriorat sau lipsește piese din motive care nu se datorează erorii noastre.
* Orice articol care este returnat la mai mult de 30 de zile de la livrare
Rambursări atunci când sunt achiziționate prin RimpactMTB.com (dacă este cazul)
Odată ce returnarea dvs. este primită și inspectată, vă vom trimite un e-mail pentru a vă anunța că am primit articolul returnat. De asemenea, vă vom anunța cu privire la aprobarea sau respingerea rambursării.
Dacă sunteți aprobat, rambursarea dvs. va fi procesată și un credit va fi aplicat automat cardului dvs. de credit sau metodei inițiale de plată, în termen de 7-10 zile lucrătoare.
Rambursări întârziate sau lipsă:
Dacă nu ați primit încă o rambursare, mai întâi verificați din nou contul dvs. bancar.
Apoi contactați compania dvs. de card de credit, poate dura ceva timp până când rambursarea dvs. este publicată oficial.
Apoi contactați banca dvs. Există adesea un timp de procesare înainte ca o rambursare să fie postată.
Dacă ați făcut toate acestea și încă nu ați primit rambursarea, vă rugăm să ne contactați la customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Schimburi :
Înlocuim articolele numai dacă sunt defecte sau deteriorate. Dacă trebuie să îl schimbați cu același articol, trimiteți-ne un e-mail la customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Livrare :
Pentru a returna produsul, vă rugăm să contactați customerservice@rimpactmtb.com pentru o referință de returnare și o adresă poștală.
Veți fi responsabil pentru plata propriilor costuri de transport pentru returnarea articolului. Costurile de transport sunt nerambursabile. Dacă primiți o rambursare, costul transportului de retur va fi dedus din rambursare. În funcție de locul în care locuiți, timpul necesar pentru ca produsul dvs. schimbat să ajungă la dvs. poate varia. Dacă expediați un articol de peste 75 GBP, ar trebui să luați în considerare utilizarea unui serviciu de expediere urmăribil sau achiziționarea unei asigurări de transport. Nu vă garantăm că vom primi articolul returnat.
Garantie:
Dacă credeți că articolul a eșuat prematur sau este defect la primire și doriți să examinați o cerere de garanție, vă rugăm să contactați customerservice@rimpactmtb.com și să ne anunțați. Pentru cazurile în care produsul a fost achiziționat printr-un comerciant cu amănuntul aprobat – vă rugăm să contactați comerciantul cu amănuntul ca prim port de escală. Retailerul va contacta apoi Rimpact direct pe customerservice @rimpactmtb.com și va aștepta instrucțiuni.
Rimpact PRO și Original au o garanție de 30 de zile de la data achiziției, care acoperă defectele Producătorului sau defecțiunile premature. Nu acoperă utilizarea greșită sau deteriorarea ca urmare a instalării incorecte. Mai multe informații sunt disponibile pe site-ul nostru, www.rimpactmtb.com.
Rambursări atunci când sunt achiziționate de la un distribuitor autorizat Rimpact:
Când sunteți achiziționat de la un magazin autorizat Rimpact, vă rugăm să consultați termenii și condițiile afișate de comerciant. Toate rambursările vor fi procesate la discreția comerciantului cu amănuntul, Rimpact Components LTD nu își asumă responsabilitatea pentru acceptarea sau refuzul rambursării de către comerciant.
